1. Acceptance of Terms

SMB Sales Boost is a product of Secure Software Systems Inc. By accessing or using SMB Sales Boost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

2. Service Description

SMB Sales Boost is a lead generation platform that provides access to business contact information and leads for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs). The Service includes access to a database of SMB business information, lead filtering and search capabilities, export functionality, and email scheduling services.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Data Usage Restrictions

You are prohibited from reselling or redistributing any data obtained through the Service, sharing data with third parties for commercial purposes, and creating derivative databases. Data is licensed solely for your own business development and sales prospecting.

5. Payment & Billing

The Service operates on subscription models: Pro ($299/month), Platinum ($1,999/month), Enterprise ($4,999/month), and Agency ($99/month per client). All payment processing is handled by Stripe.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro plan subscribers. Platinum and Enterprise plans are not eligible for refunds.

7. Referral Program

Our affiliate program lets you earn up to $645 per referred customer. Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in account termination.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with the Service, or access data through unauthorized means.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SMB Sales Boost and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Liability Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
