SMB Sales Boost is a product of Secure Software Systems Inc. SMB Sales Boost ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our lead generation platform and related services ("Service").

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication details when you register
• Payment Information: All billing information and payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card details. The only payment-related value we store is the opaque payment-method fingerprint described under Trial Eligibility Data below.
• Profile Information: Any additional information you choose to provide in your profile
• Communication Data: Information you provide when contacting our support team
• Subscription Data: Your subscription plan type and associated access levels
• Trial Eligibility Data: To enforce our one free trial per person policy we store your email address together with a payment-method fingerprint supplied by Stripe. This fingerprint is an opaque identifier, not your card number, and cannot be used to make a payment.
• Enrichments Submissions: The list of website addresses you submit for enrichment. If you upload a CSV, it is read in your browser and only the single column of website addresses you select is sent to us. The rest of the file, including any other columns it contains, never leaves your device and we never receive it.

Information We Collect Automatically

• Usage Data: How you interact with our Service, including features used and time spent
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
• Log Data: Server logs, error reports, and performance metrics
• Cookies and Tracking: Information collected through cookies and similar technologies

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain our Service, process payments and billing, improve our Service, provide customer support, ensure security and fraud prevention, prevent free trial abuse by checking whether an email address or payment method has already used a trial, meet legal obligations, and send service-related communications.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers (Stripe, Supabase, Neon) and as required by law.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for 30 days after termination. Usage logs are retained for 12 months. Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years). Trial eligibility data (the email address and payment-method fingerprint used to start a free trial) is retained indefinitely, including after cancellation and account deletion, so that we can enforce our one free trial per person policy.

For Enrichments, the only thing we keep from you is the list of website addresses you submit, held alongside your run history so you can see what you were charged for. Your finished results file is available to download for 90 days and is then deleted, and working copies of your list made while a run is processed, including diagnostic logs, are deleted within 30 days.

We never add the website addresses you submit, or the results we find for them, to our lead database, which we keep curated so it stays clean and focused on high-quality leads. The business information an enrichment returns, such as a company name, phone number or email address, is public business data we collect ourselves, not information about you.

We use essential cookies for site functionality, performance cookies for analytics, and preference cookies for your settings. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also opt out of marketing communications and request information about our data practices.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
