Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to your SMB Sales Boost account
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Navigate to the Billing tab
- Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the billing section
- Confirm cancellation - you'll be asked to confirm your decision
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
What Happens After Cancellation
- You keep full access until your current billing period ends
- Your account will be deactivated
- Your saved filter presets, keyword lists, and account settings are preserved
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access
Cancelling During Your Free Trial
The Starter, Growth and Scale plans start with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is ever made. You keep access until your trial end date, and your access and any remaining trial credits end on that date. Cancelling still uses up your one free trial, so you are not eligible for another trial later.
No Refunds
All charges are final and non-refundable, including the first charge at the end of your trial, renewals, plan upgrades, additional credit purchases and overage charges. Cancelling stops future charges but does not reverse a charge that has already been made.
