Question 1

Who is this for?

Accepted Answer

This is for: Sales reps/managers/directors/VPs who are tired of wasting time calling/emailing out of date SMB leads. Freelancers and small businesses who want to sell their products/services to other small to medium businesses. AI sales agents and automation platforms that need fresh, structured SMB data via API, MCP, or Claude Code skill. Anyone who wants to sell anything to SMBs.

Question 2

What types of SMBs are in the database?

Accepted Answer

Our database includes every type of small and medium business across all industries. We have common SMBs like restaurants, auto repair shops, dental practices, law firms, roofing companies, plumbing services, retail stores, hair salons, gyms, and accounting firms. We also have many niche businesses like beekeepers, life coaches, pet groomers, massage therapists, wedding planners, and specialty consultants. Whether you're targeting traditional brick-and-mortar businesses or modern service providers, you'll find fresh leads in your target market.

Question 3

How accurate is your lead data?

Accepted Answer

Our database is updated every 5 minutes with fresh business information. We maintain 97-99% accuracy through automated verification processes and remove outdated contacts daily. The contact info the business owner put on their website/profile is what we have in our database.

Question 4

What contact data is included?

Accepted Answer

We collect US based phone numbers and emails. Start a 14-day free trial on the Starter, Growth, or Scale plans and see the data for yourself!

Question 5

Can I export leads to my CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All paid plan subscribers can export leads in CSV, JSON, and XLSX formats compatible with all major CRMs including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and others. Each export uses credits from your monthly allocation. You can also set up automated daily email delivery of new leads matching your saved filters.

Question 6

What if too many people subscribe to this database?

Accepted Answer

We have several solutions put in place: Most subscribers are focusing on different niches of SMBs. Some are targeting tech startups, others retail, healthcare, local services, or manufacturing. The database is diverse enough that you'll likely be reaching a different subset of businesses than most other users. On top of that, they're offering different services to SMBs from legal services to accounting software to printing business cards etc. With or without this database, your competitors will still be trying to call new businesses as fast as they can. The difference is that with our platform, you get to those leads first with accurate, up-to-date contact information. Our Platinum plan blocks access from other employees at your company from the Starter, Growth, and Scale level plans, giving you exclusive access within your organization and protecting your competitive advantage. We monitor our lead saturation levels closely and reserve the right to increase prices for any of our plans to keep the data from becoming overly competitive. We promise to give at least a 30-day notice to existing subscribers before increasing their subscription price, so you'll always have time to prepare.

Question 7

Are you GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are fully compliant with both GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and California CCPA/CPRA (California Consumer Privacy Act/California Privacy Rights Act). We take data privacy and security very seriously, implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Question 8

Do you have a referral or affiliate program?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our affiliate program lets you earn up to $1,197 per referred customer. When someone signs up using your unique referral code, they get 10% off their subscription for the first year, and you earn 20% of their subscription payments for that entire year. It's a win-win: your referrals save money while you build passive income. Here's what makes our program stand out: Generous 20% commission on all referred subscriptions for 12 months. Your referrals get 10% off, making it easy to convert them. Getting started is free - just create an account and visit the Referrals tab in your dashboard to get your custom affiliate code and start earning.

Question 9

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

The Starter, Growth, and Scale plans start with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment method when you sign up, but nothing is charged when the trial starts (your bank may show a temporary authorization from the card check, which disappears within a few days). During the trial you get 50% of your plan's monthly credits so you can test the platform with real data. At the end of day 14 your plan price is charged automatically and your subscription continues monthly, unless you cancel before then from Manage Billing under Settings in your dashboard. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. There is one free trial per person: eligibility is checked by email address and payment method, customers who previously had a paid subscription are not eligible, and the Platinum and Enterprise plans do not include a trial. All charges are final and non-refundable, so the free trial is your risk-free way to evaluate the platform.
