## How to Export Leads to CSV in SMB Sales Boost

Exporting leads to CSV lets you use your lead data in spreadsheets, CRMs, or email marketing tools.

### Step-by-Step Instructions

1. **Log in** to your SMB Sales Boost account and navigate to the **Dashboard**
2. **Apply filters** to select the leads you want to export - filter by state, city, industry, revenue range, or keywords
3. **Review your results** in the leads table to confirm the data matches your needs
4. **Click the "Export CSV" button** located in the top-right area of the leads table
5. **Choose your columns** if prompted - select which data fields to include in your export
6. **Download the file** \- your browser will save a .csv file with all matching leads

Each exported CSV contains:

* Company name and industry
* Contact name and title
* Phone number and email address
* Physical address (street, city, state, ZIP)
* Website URL
* Revenue range and employee count
* Founded year and business description
